More than 90 employee tenants attended the Earth Day Tenant Fair hosted by CBRE, the building management firm at 3655 Nobel Drive in San Diego. Committee members and volunteers from the San Diego Green Building Council joined with SDG&E (which gave out low-flow shower heads and aerators), Brickman Group Landscaping (handed out drought-resistant plants), V-Ride.com (company/group carpooling), an E-Waste recycler and an assortment of food vendors (great ceviche) for the midday event.
“We have about 300 employees from 27 tenants so having over ninety people attend the tenant fare was an excellent turnout,” noted Jane Thomas, Real Estate Services Administrator at the 6-story class A office building. Thanks to the EB Committee members and volunteers who staffed a table laden with lots of tips and information for both residential and commercial property owners: Wayne Langdon, Dorothee Lienhart, Josh Dean, James Tosh, Jeff Marshall and Jan Sachs.
